On the nature of intangible assets

 

1. The goal of the compiler of this memorandum is to create a structure, using which any representative of the community of experts has the right to create their own orientation model corresponding to the concept of an intangible asset.

2. The interaction of the human psychophysical body with the external environment occurs on the basis of models of the external environment and one’s own body, built by the brain.

3. In the physical world there are only physical bodies and physical fields. The use of physical bodies and physical fields makes it possible to compose structures in the external environment.

4. Using structures in the external environment, a person, using his internal structures, forms his own sensations, sensations are inseparable from the psychophysical organism, they cannot be transferred to another psychophysical organism bypassing the creation of structures in the external environment or using the external environment.

5. The author of a visual sensation is the psychophysical organism that experiences these sensations; the sound picture of the world is also the result of the work of the internal structures of the psychophysical organism, as well as taste, tactile and olfactory sensations.

6. The visual model of the external environment and structures of the external environment belongs to the psychophysical organism that forms this model. The model of the external environment does not correspond to the processes of the external environment, due to the lack of human senses capable of recording processes with the speed of propagation of electromagnetic waves (“light”).

7. The sound model of the external environment belongs to the psychophysical organism that forms this model. Sound is a sensation formed by the internal structures of the psychophysical organism on the basis of shifts in the protective shells of the body, which in themselves do not possess reception properties. Outside a person there are no sounds, but there are only disturbances in the external environment (air).

8. Odors cannot spread through the air; only particles of the substance that cause the sensation of smell travel through the air.

9. The construction of the concept of “intangible asset” is formed by the psychophysical organism, taking into account the formed orientation models of pp. 1-8 of this memorandum.

10. An intangible asset is a model formed by the internal structures of a psychophysical organism, subject to the presence of structures in the external environment and the serviceability of the sensory organs that allow this model to be formed.

О природе нематериальных активов

 

  1. Целью составителя настоящего меморандума является создание конструкции, используя которую любой представитель сообщества экспертов имеет право создать собственную  ориентационную модель соответствующую понятию нематериальный актив.
  2. Взаимодействие психофизического организма человека с внешней средой происходит на основе моделей внешней среды и собственного тела, выстраиваемых мозгом.
  3. В физическом мире существуют только физические тела и физические поля. Использование физических тел и физических полей позволяет составлять конструкции во внешней среде.
  4. Используя конструкции во внешней среде, человек используя свои внутренние структуры, формирует собственные ощущения, ощущения не отделимы от психофизического организма, их нельзя передать другому психофизическому организму минуя создание конструкций во внешней среде или используя внешнюю среду.
  5. Автором зрительного ощущения является тот психофизический организм, который данные ощущения испытывает, звуковая картина мира так же является результатом работы внутренних структур психофизического организма, равно вкусовые, тактильные и обонятельные ощущения.
  6. Визуальная модель внешней среды и конструкций внешней среды принадлежит психофизическому организму данную модель формирующему. Модель внешней среды процессам внешней среды не соответствует, вследствие отсутствия у человека органов чувств способных зафиксировать процессы со скоростью распространения электромагнитных волн («света»).
  7. Звуковая модель внешней среды принадлежит психофизическому организму данную модель формирующему. Звук есть ощущение, формируемое внутренними структурами психофизического организма на основе сдвигов защитных оболочек организма, сами по себе которые свойствами рецепции не обладают. Вне человека нет звуков, но есть лишь возмущения внешней среды (воздуха).
  8. Запахи не могут распространяться по воздуху, по воздуху распространяются лишь частицы вещества, вызывающие ощущение запаха.
  9. Конструкция понятия «нематериальный актив» формируется психофизическим организмом с учетом сформированных ориентационных моделей п.п. 1-8 данного меморандума.
  10. Нематериальный актив является моделью формируемой внутренними структурами психофизического организма при условии наличия конструкций во внешней среде и исправности органов чувств, позволяющих данную модель сформировать.
